My name is Samantha Thacker. I was always extremely active and participated in many sports growing up and through school. As I got into my 20's I realized life in organized sports was harder to come by as you grew older. I played in some random leagues but nothing on a daily basis. It wasnt until a few years later when my husband and I created our clothing brand that I discovered the wonderful world of bodybuilding. We had booths at shows and I was intrigued so much by the sport, I decided I wanted to pursue it. I loved the dedication and hard work that the athletes had to put in for weeks in order to achieve one day of perfection; it was the ultimate challenge. I began competing early this year and completely fell in love with the sport. I look forward to many future competitions.
