Competing in drug-free bodybuilding is a wonderful experience for me. It allows me to not only challenge myself to learn more about my body and what I can accomplish through proper nutrition and exercise, but to also influence others seeking to live a healthy lifestyle. With my two biggest fans, my husband Corey and our daughter Madison, I am fortunate to travel across the country competing and meeting many great, new people.
