I have had the love of lifting weights since before I was a teen. Sure I played all the sports back in the day but lifting weights was something I never stopped doing. I became passionate about every aspect of it and started following the sport of bodybuilding. I have been involved in bodybuilding shows as a judge, emcee, expeditor and competitor. Natural competitors should get more exposure so I like to help promote the personalities of the sport by taping short interviews for Youtube. These videos also give viewers some behind the scenes access to what goes on back stage at a bodybuilding and figure show.
My plans for this year are to grow my group training business as much as possible and attend various shows playing multiple roles.
