Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

5 oz sweet potato, 1/2 c. sugar-free applesauce, 1/8 c. Can't Believe its not Butter, 3 egg whites, 1/4 c Splenda, 3 scoops ProBody Solutions' Chocolate Peanut Butter SPORT Protein. Cook at 415 in paper lined muffin pan.  - Recipe from Dawn Walters

 

Pumpkin Pie

1 scoop vanilla LEAN protein

6 ice cubes

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/3 cup 2% evaporated milk

1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk

2 packets Stevia

Cinnamon/Nutmeg (to taste)

PB&J

1 scoop vanilla LEAN protein

8-12 oz. water

1 tbsp. natural (smooth) peanut butter

1 tbsp. flax oil or flax meal

1 tbsp. sugar-free strawberry jam

Peanut Brittle Protein

1 scoop vanilla LEAN protein

1 tbsp. sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix, dry

1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, chunky

8 oz. cold water or lowfat milk.

3-6 ice cubes

Fat Burning Peaches and Cream

1 scoop LEAN Protein

8 oz. pure water

1 ripe peach

2 tbs. low fat sour cream

8 drops liquid stevia

 

The Hulk

1 scoop vanilla SPORT protein

1 ttbsp. sugar-free pistachio pudding mix

1 mint leaf or a few drops peppermint extract (optional)

1 few drops green food coloring

8 oz. cold water or low-fat milk

3-5 ice cubes

Mango Mania

1 scoop vanilla LEAN Protein

1/2 to 1 cup mango pieces frozen or freshly sliced natural mango

1 cup vanilla cream top yogurt

1 tbsp. flax seed oil

6-8 oz water

 

Oatmeal Meal Replacement

1 scoop vanilla LEAN protein

1 cup dry measure oatmeal, cooked in water and cooled

3 dashes cinnamon

1/8 c sugar free maple syrup or equivalent amount brown sugar replacement

1 tbsp. chopped almonds

12 oz. water or low-fat milk

Peppermint Oatmeal

2 scoops of Chocolate FUZION Protein

1 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream

1 cup oatmeal

2 cups non-fat milk

1.2 cup water
