ABOUT ME:
Hi! My name is Tara Hollingsworth. I’ve been competing in the NPC/IFBB for 8 years. I am what you would call a late bloomer! I never participated in sports or fitness until age 28 and started competing in the NPC at the age of 33. I fell in love with fitness and competing instantly and knew it was going to be a huge part of my life. My greatest achievement to date is meeting and spending time with the most incredible group of dedicated and inspiring athletes!
I want ladies out there to know that age is not a factor unless you make it one. I earned my IFBB Pro status at the age of 40! I look and feel better now than I did in my 20’s. Believe and Achieve!
