As an Active Duty Soldier in the United States Army I have proudly served my country for over 26 years. Selected as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Army's World Class Athlete Program from 2005-2008, I trained athletes of track and field, boxing, taekwondo, wrestling and weightlifting for the Olympics. In addition to bodybuilding and power lifting my love for football reigns supreme, playing in five Army Intramural Championship games.

I am the proud father of three amazing children, Keeley, Joe'alle, and Justin and am married to ProBody Solutions Athlete and staff member, Ann Claiborne.
