My name is Yolanda Alvarado. I grew up in the Island of Puerto Rico. I have always loved modeling, lifting weights, and sports. I started lifting in college with the objective of improving my lifestyle and shape. Three years ago, my training became more intense and focused to help support my husband's carrier as a bodybuilder. Since then, I have decided to become a figure competitor and realized that I have found my passion.

 

Yolanda's Favorite Product

My favorite product is Vanilla LEAN!  I can use during my contest prep and until last day up to a competiton because it is soooo clean. I also can't get enough of the Grape VASOCX!  It is the bomb!!
